As the leaves begin to turn, many Cape Cod farmers are gearing up for harvest time. While everyone may know about the Cape’s famous cranberry bogs, but not everyone knows about the other active local farms. Looking for a spot to pick your own pumpkin? Want to tour a vineyard and sample local Cape Cod wines? Interested in taking a guided meadow walk to identify medicinal herbs? We’ve compiled a list of ten great spots to visit this Fall, from Falmouth to Truro. We’ve even listed addresses and phone numbers to help you find these “hidden” agricultural gems. Most are open to the public throughout the summer as well, so any new finds can be shared with next summer’s guests!
