Welcome to the Holiday issue of CapeWomenOnline! In this issue we share a selection of wonderful articles, recipes and readers’ stories that reflect the variety of ways Cape Women celebrate the Holiday season.

Continuing our Buy Local campaign, we explored the Cape’s rich tradition of handmade chocolates and share some of our favorite Chocolatiers. Our Community Action section also contains a listing of local events that will keep you busy through New Years.

We discovered the many ways to save money while Going Green during the Holidays, and why Living Christmas Trees can nurture your home while sustaining the environment.

In our Working Women section, career counselor and business coach Bev Ryle discusses the dangers of being overworked and overscheduled. We also share some easy recipes that all working women can make time for.

In Holistic Health, Feng Shui consultant Sheryll Hirschberger Reichwein explains why Less is truly More, especially in these difficult economic times. Also, Yoga teacher Olivia Miller offers simple Health Tips to help you survive the frantic pace of the Holidays.

Readers sent us their Holiday Memories, and personal stories with a Holiday twist for our new Loving What Is… feature. Be sure to check out our readers’ delicious Favorite Holiday Recipes – there’s something for everyone!

We wish you Peace and Prosperity this Holiday season,
Nicola, Katie & Jane
