Welcome to the Fall Issue of CapeWomenOnline! As this is our penultimate issue of CapeWomenOnline in this magazine format, let me explain a little about what you can expect from CWO beginning in January 2015. Our CWO community is stronger than ever so rest assured that we are NOT going anywhere! We are simply shifting our format away from a seasonal magazine schedule to a more regularly updated forum. Our new site will contain links to our regular sections plus a few new sections we think you'll enjoy. The CWO Bookshelf, Events page and Community Resources will still be active so keep sending us your listings. Don't panic, your published articles will NOT go dark! You will have access to EVERY issue of CWO Magazine from our Past Issues link on the new homepage. We will publish stories as they come in, depending on what Cape Women are chatting about, so keep your submissions coming. If there's something you'd like to see that we haven't already thought of then please send us your suggestions on our Feedback form. We are listening to your ideas, which is why we decided to shift gears and adjust our format to meet the needs of our wonderful online community. We are very excited about where the new phase of CWO will take us and while we realize that change can be scary, it's also where the magic happens, so stay tuned! If you would like to become a contributing writer please visit our Submission Guidelines. Be sure to add your email to our FREE Subscription box (at the top of every page) to receive information about submission deadlines and upcoming events. We hope you enjoy the Fall Issue of CapeWomenOnline Magazine. We could not create such a diverse, inspirational issue without the hard work of our contributing writers. We have enjoyed seven years of excellent articles, poetry, artwork and photography that reflect the scope of life on Cape Cod. None of this would have been possible without you and without the support of our advertisers. Thank you! Keep sending us your LETTERS – we look forward to hearing your thoughts about our new issue. Wishing you a warm & cozy fall season, Nicola, Publisher, Editor |
